Liebherr Unveils Three New 50-Tonne Crawler Excavators

Liebherr has expanded its heavy equipment lineup with three new 50-tonne crawler excavators: the R 948 G8, R 952 G8 and R 958 G8. Designed for demanding construction, earthmoving and quarrying applications, the new models focus on operating efficiency, durability and productivity.

The R 948 G8 is tailored for earthmoving, while the R 952 G8 offers greater versatility across different jobsite conditions. The R 958 G8 is designed for heavy-duty quarrying and extraction work, featuring a reinforced undercarriage and mass excavation equipment.

All three Liebherr excavators feature an updated operator cab, an intuitive control interface and a hydraulic system designed for precise machine movements. Maintenance-friendly features also support efficient servicing and reduced downtime.
